Chosen for its rugged dependability and versatility, the Remington 870 shotgun has, for many years, been the choice of hunters, law enforcement agencies and the military. With two or three interchangeable barrels the 870 can switch between bird barrels with bead sights, slug barrels with rifle or scope sights and back again. The only drawback is the expense and storage space required.

Now, Smiths System can give one barrel a full range of sight option. This patented one-piece unit installs in seconds with no tools or modification to the gun. The rear of the unit grips the barrel solidly and is held securely in the front by the magazine cap. The non-marring base is a one-piece aluminum stamping

Looking down the barrel of an 870 with the Hunter sight installed, the first impression is usually Wow! The new Williams Fire Sight set is truly awesome. The green and orange colors make for an instant sight aid. The fiber optics used in these sights won't wash out in bright sun light and are still gathering lots of light in the late afternoon .

The Smiths System Hunter sight has been  CAD designed to maximize the potential of the Remington 870 shotgun. All of the CNC machining has been carried out after the high quality aluminum base is stamped, to insure precise alignment with the barrel.

It's as easy as 1-2-3-4.

Check that the gun is unloaded before proceeding

1.With the rear of the sight held at a slight angle,

Slide the key cut over the front sight.

2. Rotate the base until the sights are on the top

and slide it to the rear until the mag tube hole

lines up with the mag tube.

3. Grip the rear of the base and slide it back;

until it is snugly gripping the barrel.

(Do not force the base from the front)

4. Install the magazine cap as usual and

snug it down tight to secure the base and barrel.
